I would avoid ordering from this company and never will again. Item arrived with broken/missing parts. I emailed 3 times, with photos. I called once and was told the parts would be sent. I requested written/email confirmation that the problem would be addressed. No contact from them. On the second call I made I was told their website provider changed and they could not get their messages, and that she had called me twice and left a vm. Of course, she could not tell me what number she called. And so I continue to wait for the parts since " one is out of stock and it will all be sent when it comes in".

I placed an order for RV seats. They were for a customer of mine. I was told they would be shipped out the following week. When the next week came the seats still had not shipped. I was told by the woman who took my order (Tammie) that they wouldn't be in till the following week. As I suspected they were still not shipped. I got excuse after excuse why we hadn't received them yet from their warehouse. At one point I had called their office in order to talk to the owner. I was redirected to a secretary who told me that the owner was unavailable. Again given the runaround. All this time I had to keep telling my customer every week that I was getting the run around. Which did not sit well with them. Also at 3 1/2 weeks into waiting, I get a call from Tammie saying that since she could not get the chairs as promised, that I should find an alternative place to buy them. I could not believe she told me that. Especially since she told me that each week they were being shipped. So I decided to find out where they were getting the chairs from. It was a furniture factory. I discovered that the order for the chairs had just been placed. Also that it had rush order on them. 4 1/2 weeks later they finally arrived. My customer is mad because I could not deliver his RV as promised. I recommend to everyone that deals with this business be aware that they do not seem to be able to tell the truth and are very unreliable.

Yes large indoor warehouse. But the pricing is way too high. When I questioned items price even the employee said the owner prices stuff too high. Try Bontragers located about 20 miles NE of here for much cheaper pricing.
