I have not dealt with this place personally, however I know they assisted the police in an investigation above and beyond what was required; however...after many times making sure my daughters name was spelled correctly with law enforcement and the medical staff at EGH, her name was misspelled on the death certificate...and I am still waiting for the corrected certificate to be delivered. I can't isolate the failure, however one would think a document of such importance would be mailed certified and the "we mailed it, not sure why you didn't receive it" excuse would be negated. The funeral cost me $10,000...I would gladly pay another few dollars to ensure delivery.
