I was called the next morning to verify my order and also asked if it would be ok if they could substitute any flowers that may not be in season. They ensured that they would match the bouquet with other flowers as closely as possible with the same quality and price. Having a poor experience from another florist in town, I was happy West View took the time to explain this to me as others have not. Not only that, they called my mother ahead of time the day of delivery, going above and beyond to do a redelivery when she was out getting her medicine the same day unbeknownst to me.

Even though her purple roses were out of season for the specific bouquet I ordered online, both her and I were pleasantly surprised that her flowers she recieved surpassed my expectations. The flowers are vibrant, healthy and blooming beautifully. I have had such poor luck with other florists, paying lots of money for flowers that seem to be thrown together and wilt after a few days. West View Florist really took the time and I can say that I will most definitely be ordering from there again.
I spent well over a 100$ in flowers as an early Christmas surprise for my mother. I had first ordered online which can be a bit tricky to navigate with a cellphone. (Maybe it's just me).
I received an arrangement from my son while I was in the hospital. After just two days, several of the flowers had wilted. I contacted West View and they told me that they would give me new flowers. Little did I know that this meant that one of their employees would come into my hospital room and change out the wilted flowers in the arrangement (the new roses she put in were already browning on the edges of the petals). She was in my room for about 15 minutes. This was a huge invasion of my privacy! I had just had a MAJOR back surgery and barely even wanted my family and friends to visit, let alone have a stranger in my room. I will never use West View, nor will I recommend them. I cannot even fathom how they thought that this was acceptable behavior!

West View did flowers for my wedding and they did a wonderful job. I can't say enough how patient and creative Leah was working with me and taking my ideas and vision and turning them into beautiful bouquets and arrangements. I'm pretty particular about flowers and have zero complaints. When I saw my bouquet on my wedding day it was even better and more perfect than I had dreamed. Leah is the best. Thank you, thank you!
