My wife really wanted this car. I didn't want to go through on of these places but she really wanted it. Then I found out who the finance company was. I've heard so many bad things about them. Sure enough what a pain. I just want to make automatic payments so I don't have to deal with these people. Sent in the paper work because of course you can't do it at the dealership. Sure enough the first payment didn't go through. Call and my rep is never at his desk and he will only call while I'm at work. Five weeks later still nothing. Can't even sign up for automatic payments online. Never again.
ANN! Ann has been an Angel here on earth for me. I fell on a hardship, losing my job and for over 3 months I have been struggling to stay afloat. Ann was stellar in her approach in helping me to stay solvent...(even though I did take a hit on my credit report), but nonetheless - she has been a blessing keeping me apprised of offers, special promotions, etc. Kudos to her exceptional Customer Service!

Heritage Acceptance is great! I’ve been with them almost a year and things have been smooth I recommend them. They have done so good by me. Especially Ann she is so amazing I appreciate her so much! She’s so much help and understandable. Don’t know what I’ll do without her. As long as you keep up to date with things and talk to them they will work something out with you no matter what. I’m honestly blessed I have somebody like Ann she’s so professional and handle her business she cares about the people as long you stay on top and communicate everything will be fine. Great finance company and I continue to look forward working with them in the Future.
The woman that I talk to in this company are very rude. I had the pleasure of speaking to JENNIFER. By the way who is the regional Director. I Told her that a woman who called from the company was rude. Instead of taking care of it she's asking me how was the woman rude and to give her an example of how she was rude. As a customer i shouldn't have to explain myself if I felt someone was rude to me. So since I didn't want to give her an example. She began to be rude also.JENNIFER ended up screaming at me and then hang up the phone in my face. Bad customer service... I also don't like that every week it's a different person that handles my account
