When I called Wim’s in Elkhart I was quickly impressed after speaking to Lisa on the phone and felt confident I was in good hands. They worked very hard to fit me in on my timeline and work schedule. After handing the keys over to Mark I was hopeful they could tackle some of the toughest jobs ahead of them.
Excellent customer service. They were friendly, efficient, attentive and delivered as promised. I was incredibly impressed with my car detailing. I will be sure to recommend them to friends and return in the future!
My large SUV was severely in the need of some professional help. On average I spend almost 20 hours a week on the road often hauling around a large family and had neglected my vehicle over the past 8 months. The leather was dry and hard, carpets stained, finger prints on every surface, dirt and dust in every nook of the interior, not to mention the exterior needed some attention.
I would recommend Wim’s to my own Grandmother, 5 Stars!
I’ve never been happy with other automotive detail shops that you drive to get a shine and vacuum. I thought overpriced and under whelmed was typical of all detail shops. Still, I’ve been searching for one that could at least return my car in some sort of satisfactory condition without breaking the bank…

I was a long time customer for years and the last two times they detailed my car, they damaged the exterior and would not admit it. The damage estimate is in the thousands. I no longer use them. I use Hops Detailing now. They are a little pricier, but I have been very happy that the car comes back clean and without damage.

The job was complete and on time when I went to pickup. Before handing me the keys, Mark and his crew gave me a tour to review their efforts. I felt like maybe they were showing me the wrong car, it looked like the car I had not seen in years. From under the hood to the 3rd row seat I was very pleased with their thoroughness and attention to detail. They exceeded my expectations and return to me a clean & restored vehicle.
