I recently rented a car for a work trip. This was my first time renting other than through insurance. I made the reservation online for an economy car. When I went to pick up the car I was greeted promptly and they asked for my license and card. I gave them both. She grabbed the keys and said we were ready. I asked if I needed to sign anything, she said no. She handed me a paper as I got in the car.

That evening I went to use my debit card to pay for something and it got declined. Got online and saw that Enterprise had charged me $200, rather than the $39 the rental actually was.

I'm disappointed in this situation and how it has been handled. I received a formulaic email asking to rate my experience, so since they asked...

Positive experience lower cost than most, work a smaller deposit. 5 Stars definitely.

The next day when I turned in the car, I pointed this out to them. They were friendly and changed the price, as well as removed the perks that had been added without my approval. I couldn't help but wonder at this policy of adding and changing things without my approval.

Cars were decent. I was mislead by the person giving me the car. He told me if i returned the car within a certain time I wouldn't get charged for a full day. Receipt comes in through email and im charged for two days. Reason being is that i rented on a Friday and returned on a Saturday after hours. A little more training should be used for the people giving you a car....

I adore the workers Jason and Jackie at the us33 store. They always put me in a great car and my needs are met highly recommend them

I called Enterprise the next morning. They said they charge a $200 security deposit. I asked why I wasn't told this. I would have transferred money or used a credit card if I had known this. They said they usually tell people. I said no one told me. It seems silly and petty, but I did not agree to being charged a $200 deposit, nor did I sign anything approving this.

Later that evening I took at a look at the paper and realized I had been charged the wrong price for the car, not what I had authorized online.
