Food is great and service is good. I would give the full 5 stars, but the blaring loud music when the staff dances is quite irritating. Texas roadhouse should just as too the dancing all together or at least get a control on their volume. Hard to even have a conversation over the loud audio level.
Menu selection isn't the best. Typical steak and chicken options, but nothing really original. It felt like a late night bar with the music turned up way too loud. I could hardly hear the 3 other people I was with.
They were out of prime rib for the night so one of us had to switch to a sirloin. Portion size was good. Food taste was decent. However, best tasting part of our meal was the free bread and butter we got. It will probably be a while before I attempt to go back to this chain. There's too many other options that best this place.
This place has fantastic food but the cost of eating here is ridiculous! 2 steak meals with tip was 50.00.......and no it wasn't even 10% tip....... really? There are other places that serve the same quality of food but are less costly.....that is why the 2 stars......too expensive for my bank account.
Excellent place to eat when in Indiana. I had been in on a business trip I was on my 8th day. I couldn't find Sweet Tea at any restraunt the entire trip. They not only had Sweet Tea they had Cinnamon Butter. Food was great, fresh and hot. Staff was very friendly and took the time out to take care of their tables. Overall great experience
Service was extremely lacking as the only time we saw our server was to give our order and to pay. She must have been too concerned about doing her sidework after being cut rather than tending to her guests. As soon as we paid, I signed the bill, and she came by and asked to take it so she could do her checkout. It was the fastest we've seen her move.
Being a military veteran I have been going to Texas Roadhouse for their Veteran s Day meal for supper for the past few years. Today was no different, upon arriving at 4 pm I was told that the Veteran meal was discontinued at 330 pm and I was refused Veteran service. I went right next door to Olive Gardens and was welcomed with a free meal and appreciation for my service. I won't be encouraging anyone to go to Texas Roadhouse any time soon. It's really too bad because until today I really like eating there.
